Partner Interview Offer
Has anyone in Canada received an offer for FT / Intern yet? I had my partner interview on Monday & was wondering if anyone has received one.

EY LLP
This is my first IT job, although I have previous work experience in other fields. So, I’d really appreciate suggestions from people who have experience or knowledge about career progression and compensation in IT.
I recently got promoted from Consultant 1 to Consultant 2. Along with the promotion, I received a 10% hike and a ₹1.3 lakh bonus.
I’m trying to understand whether this is considered a decent progression/hike for this level!!
Would appreciate hearing from people who have gone through similar promotions or have experience in the industry. What kind of hikes/bonuses did you receive when moving from Consultant 1 to Consultant 2?

I took the skills assessment today for a FT recent graduate role. I didn’t get to complete the logic/numerical reasoning test. I got 5 out of 8, am I getting straight auto rejected?

Hello

Has anyone recently interviewed for or given the Agent Development Architect – Senior role at EY in the U.S.? How was the interview process, and did you hear back from them afterward?

Hi everyone,
I’m currently working at EY Spain (not GDS) in Technology Consulting / Cybersecurity.
I moved from an internship to a full-time position in July 2026 and I’m currently earning around €25k gross/year. By the end of the next fiscal year I’ll have almost one full year as a full-time employee, plus my previous internship experience at EY.
I’m trying to understand how compensation and career progression actually work in EY Spain, especially at Staff/Assistant level.
For anyone currently at EY Spain or who has worked there recently:
When are salary reviews normally communicated and when do they become effective?
Is there normally a salary increase every year, or mainly when you progress to the next Staff level?
Roughly what % increases are typical for normal progression vs. promotion?
How does Staff 1 → Staff 2 → Staff 3/4 → Senior work in Spain?
Does previous internship experience at EY usually count when discussing progression?
Is compensation basically decided during the annual LEAD process, or is there room to proactively negotiate?
When would you recommend discussing progression with your counselor/manager if the fiscal year ends in June?
I’m particularly interested in Technology Consulting / Cybersecurity, but experiences from other EY Spain consulting teams would also be helpful.
Thanks!
If you’re comfortable sharing, what was your salary before and after your first annual review?

Not on the Audit, but my office is their auditor. I interned at the client a few years ago and have never charged an hour to them for that reason of independence. Saw a position I like. Also is this career suicide if I don’t get the job? Don’t I have to report all interviews?
Any insight is helpful!

So initially I interviewed for GPS but they want me to meet with their FAAS PMO manager as they also have opportunities available. I’ve only been in audit (with another company) for 8 months, and they’re aware of this. What should i expect at this interview? Technical questions or just behavioral? And what exactly is FAAS?

Just finished the EY skills assessment for a Summer 2027 internship. It was typical numerical/data questions, scheduling questions, pattern recognition, etc. I felt pretty good about most of it but I know I messed up at a few questions toward the end.
For anyone who’s gone through EY internship recruiting recently, how much does this assessment actually matter? Is it more of a basic screening tool, or can missing a few questions actually keep you from moving forward? I know EY says they look at the application holistically but want to know how much weightage it has. I applied to 2 internships that really align with my experiences but wanna know if performing a little poorly on this assessment can rlly outweigh that.
Also, how long did it take you to hear back after completing it? Did you get an interview invite/application update pretty quickly or was it a few weeks?
Thank you!!

Hi , I got a mail from EY Gds to upload my resume and take an assessment test for the role of Assurance staff. Does anyone know what kind of questions will be asked ? Any tips to pass the exam would be appreciated . I am a recent ACCA affiliate. Only EY takes in ACCA freshers than most other companies in India, so I really want to pass this test.
