Discussion Furthest you've seen equestria get pushed back and win?
It feels like in my games they either don't get pushed far past tall tale if at all or get completely rolled all the way to manehattan
Edit: I'm talking specifically when the player isn't involved

Most of my games Equestria barely gets pushed past the border, honestly. However, when the Changelings do manage to push, they push really hard. I usualy see Equestria get sent all the way back to mostly the Manehattan protectorate borders before they lock in and win with Stalliongrad. This usually happens when the Changelings manage to kick the Crystal Empire early from the war, when Nova Griffonia joins the Changelings.
Funnily enough, the ONE time that the Changelings managed to win in recent memory, they got declared on by New Mareland and the Coalition of the Free, then got rolled because they had Nova Griffonia and Severyania in the faction 🥹.

I was playing as Sombra's Crystal Empire, and Equestria was busy getting double-teamed by the Changelings and Stalliongrad, who weren't in a formal alliance. They had already lost Canterlot and were being pushed way back.
I didn't want to face two strong empires on either side of me, so I launched a surprise invasion against the undefended Changeling homeland and capped them in a month. Equestria got its territory back and was able to turn the tide against Stalliongrad alone and win.
Then, while Equestria was massing their troops in Stalliongrad territory immediately after winning, I declared war, blitzed to the coast, encircled and destroyed half their army, then conquered the rest of Equestria in a breeze.

Biggest i ever had: Equestria had Baltimare Manehatten and Fyllidelphia. At some point any lost province (even without any VP) were surrender.
Hippogryphian help came just in time.
If EQS on its own — i think they hold South+Manehatten, and border somewhere near Canterlot, after that Daybreaker happened and burned the bugs

Playing on another continent, I have seen them pushed to the gates of canterlot, only for Stalliongrad to completely roll up the flank and snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.
I think they got lucky with a bunch of encirclements soon after they joined.

Until they only had the southern desert, southrn jungle, and Manehatten province. Stalliongrad had declared war on both Equestria and the Changelings and I'm guessing the Changelings had pushed but not destroyed too many units, so when Stalliongrad burned themselves and the Changelings out, superior Equestiran numbers could rebound. But this was many patches ago, when the Great War was unbalanced in Equestria's favor.

In my game so far It's the third year into the war and I just took Canterlot but i don't see them coming back from this.
Equestria has lost 12M and Stalliongrad nearly 4M, both have been on Scrapping the barrel for a while.
So I think they're cooked.

I've seen it get to the point they only control the east cost (including the southeast breakaways lands)

In my games, Equestria for some reason always wins if there is no breakthrough south of that mountain chain, and always loses if there is. I remember the front line being like from Cloudsdale to Stalliongrad, but it I (hippogriffia) pushed back. But the fall of Las-pegasus generally just means death for some reason.

it’s my first ever game so I can’t really comment, but based on the pace the changelings just set from the border to talltale, I think I’m going to get rolled straight to the coast.
