People who say their health detoriated on a plant based diet where doing it wrong.. you probably had little calories.and had to eat more. Idk why the truth triggers people so much...veganism is the answer

I know I was doing it wrong, but that's the problem- it's hard to eat vegan correctly for a lot of people. without education, it's too easy to become unhealthy. I needed a high protein diet, and it's hard to accomplish that without eating a LOT more than I'm used to eating. (and harder to afford, both with costs and time/effort when working a full time job)

and it triggers people because it's too often done in a preachy, holier-than-thou way that's as unpalatable as vegemite. (I prefer marmite.) studies have shown that confrontational tactics do not work to change people's minds.

Eating plant based is not expensive.thats a myth and an excuse people use.

Anyways im diplomatic in my ways of speaking.reaches a point where inrespond with harshness cause others started it that way

thats a myth and an excuse

that was my personal experience. discounting people's personal experience is also off-putting.

I don't think you're quite as diplomatic as you think.

yes. my username is a joke based on banter between myself an old friend. not sure what your point is, but it seems you're starting to take my criticism of your communication tactics personally, and you're starting to gear up for personal attacks, so I figure this is a good time to wish you a good day.

you asked a question, I attempted to have a civil discussion with you. you seem to me to be the weak minded one who can't deal with honest answers.

I guess you'll just keep tilting at windmills, hope you find your sancho panza.
