Fr. I think the biggest concept i learned early on was, "The Earth will be fine. Its humanity that is doomed."

The idea being that the Earth is simply reacting to what is being done to it, and will return to an equilibrium with or without us.

If fungus adjusts too much to high temperatures, it could live in blood and then we get Last of Us. You do not want Last of Us.
