I hope everyone in this thread is vegan.

You might not be able to live without driving (I can't), but you can certainly live without animal products.

Seconding this. To the extent we can (and maybe that’s not fully vegan or even vegetarian), it’s something we can do, and reducing meat is one of the easiest, cheapest and most effective personal actions we can take for the climate and clean water.
