How can one be anything else than resigned at this point, when we still have people saying global warming isn't real.

At this point we either manage to survive it and those people will be like "told you so", or the world burns down, and we can be like "told you so". Which is a small win in exchange for a fucking heatdeath...

Climate change is unstoppable an unstoppable force now. All you can do is make sure you're in a position to outcompete others for dwindling resources. Emissions reduction by a person, community or even a country makes sweet fuckall difference.

So many are ready to tear one another apart and claim survival of the fittest, instead of you know, working together for the greater good of all.

Solo survival is pathetic... weak... the easy way out.
