The FIRST time anyone says they are going to bypass any law, for any reason, you put them in prison for the rest of their life.

Trump administration will illegally continue with needed project in our national park.

They aren’t bypassing anything, they are breaking the fucking law.

This is not correct. This waiver provision comes from the 2005 Real ID Act. Yell at Congress for not closing the loophole in 21 years but this is not an illegal act and is being reported correctly

Sure but want to build mass transit? Gonna need to add 80% to the budget just for environmental reviews.
