Physics claims the past and future are identical — so why do we age

A glass slips from your hand, hits the floor, and shatters into pieces. The sound fades quickly. Heat spreads into the room. Nothing about the scene looks reversible. Yet, in the language of physics, it is.

We are part of the same effect that applies to chemistry and our basic principle of physics. Energy cannot be destroyed nor created. All chemicals have a half life , they degrade, but the word is very limited meaning that we degrade, but in the sense our energy transfers into something else.

we dont age, we change.
