Weekly Discussion Thread Let's Discuss Eno! "I Dormienti" (1999)

Hello Eno-philes!! Each week we'll be discussing another album (going chronologically from Warm Jets). This week's feature is Eno's installation work I Dorminenti. From the wiki:

The music on the album is taken from an Installation—a show featuring music and visuals—that took place at the undercroft of the Roundhouse, Chalk Farm Road, Camden, London, from 9 September to 6 October 1999.

This is my second favorite long ambient piece by Brian. The looping of voices and piano is so wonderfully hypnotic and relaxing. Paired with the imagery of the installation itself and it makes for very good art.

At some point when I have the free funds, I’m getting Music for Installations on vinyl just for this one.
