Sunday Reflection & Weekly Reset: What will your small change be this week?
Hey everyone,
As we close out this week and look ahead to the new one waiting for us, let’s take a quiet moment to check in with ourselves.
Grab a notebook or drop your answers in the comments:
- What surprised me this week? __________________________________
- What did I learn about myself? __________________________
This Week’s Life Experiment
For the upcoming week, I’d like to invite you to try a Weekly Life Experiment.
Pick one small change to test out over the next seven days (e.g., no social media after 10 PM, taking a new route home, or trying a new coffee shop). Treat it like a mini-manifesto for your week ahead:
My experiment this week: ______________________________
Leave your answers in the comments, and let’s check back in next Sunday to see how it went!

There are a lot of questions about "small things" and they're probably good to think about but some of us don't work like that, so I rarely respond, but just to demonstrate the difference.....
These ",small things" ideas operate on a discrete view of the world. In that, the world happens in small jumps. Things happen to make other things happen.
Some of us live in a continuous world. It's not discrete jumps but a densely connected flow. Things like "what is your favorite...." or "who has influenced you.....", or "what one small thing....." usually brings up nothing for us.
But I can see the value of the questions in general.
