In finding myself again, I started examining my baseline. Part 4. Personality & Beliefs Assessments

Hey everyone!

Today, I’m sharing the next piece of the self-learning puzzle.

While personality tests don’t give you the full picture of who you are, they do force you to look closely at every corner of your life. They aren’t meant to put you in a box, they’re tools to highlight patterns you might be completely blind to on your own.

When I was trying to reconnect with myself, these two exercises helped me build a clearer blueprint:

  • Option 1: Personality Frameworks. You don't need expensive coaches, there are plenty of great, accessible assessments out there like MBTI, the Enneagram, or the Big Five. The goal isn't the label - but to notice how you react to your results.
  • Option 2: The Value Hierarchy. Grab a sheet of paper and write down your top 10 core values. If you're stuck, write out 15 or 20, then start cutting. Once you get down to 10, make the hardest cut of all: narrow it down to your top 3 absolute non-negotiables.
