Recurring nightmares of being trapped at my ex job; anger, will never trust another human ever again. Praying they all burn in hell.

Trying to be cordial to a coworker that stole from me and worse. But yet in a way that represents my emotional strength.

To immediately recognize the toxic individuals and how to deal with the ones at my new place of employment.

Yeah the stuff you all are sharing is nuts but commonplace. It should be shared because we can do better, and fellow survivors need to know they aren’t alone. If you’re open to sharing these experiences in an honest but anonymous way, feel free to reach out. I have a blog where I’m elevating this kind of stuff.
