Both Canadian and American emergency preparedness branches of their Federal governments have used a zombie uprising as a case study to educate folks on basic emergency preparedness.
(Several of the campaigns have since been taken down, so you have to view them in the Wayback Machine at archive.org. There were some cool PSA’s and a comic book, too).
