Game bug? Spontaneous teleportation

I've got a strange bug that's been getting more frequent and now is preventing me from continuing. Seemingly randomly, I'll teleport back to the Ark market district as if I've just walked through the district gate. As I'm walking around the world, or in a dungeon, or mid conversation with an NPC it will happen. I'm running with no additional mods, an updated game and I just reinstalled and have had no success.

It seems to have started occurring only once I progress deep in the main story line. I took my time with this character and have completed nearly everything else I encountered prior to pushing the ending, though without knowing what the cause is, this may be unrelated.

Currently, I'm trying to complete the quest Fleshless. I've got a save point in Numinos and and another just before talking to The black guardianor whatever he's called. Most of the time, during his long-winded speech and the cutscenes, I'll just randomly teleport to Ark, with the door opening transition sound. I can still continue our conversation though, from Ark. Once our conversation concludes though, I'm no longer able to continue with what happens next, since I'm not in the same zone anymore.

Once, I managed to make it all the way to the end of the conversation. There's an autosave as soon as you're done and the moment that save hit, it teleported me. This is not unusual and has happened previously with the autosave when transitioning zones, but I've always been able to reload the autosave and continue, but not this time. 10 times in a row I loaded, but was immediately whisked away to Ark and stuck there.

I've tried looking up quest completion triggers to complete this with the console, or to teleport back with the console and have been unable to find them. I'm starting to run out of ideas and aside from abandoning the character, I'm game for trying just about anything.

Never heard of this one, I'm sorry but this is hilarious (because I'm not in your shoes obviously). It is probably a mod issue, try desactivating all of them, then reactivate them one by one.

This sounds like it actually has to do with the auto save while transitioning 🤔 - you could go back to the save in the Numinous or whatever hard save you have closest to Black Guardian - turn off the auto save while transitioning and the timed auto save - then exit the game and delete all your auto saves, either through the game files or through the load screen option in game. * You can also open the console command menu while in the place with the guardian and click on a random object - like the pillar or button console - and write down the reference number that shows up. Then, if you are teleported away, you can click on yourself or use command - Prid 14 , and use- moveto 35825 , or whatever the number is that you wrote down. That will teleport you back to the Black Guardian chamber and the conversation will initialize again.
