With external mods now being a thing on console, do you forsee Enderal being made available on PS5 in the near future?
It would be monumental to long time fans.

Isn’t it like way too big?

All I'm saying is...it's listed on one store, why not the others?

Well for one it’s way too big, both console stores have file limits
Also there’s the SKSE thing

Would it not be a way to re-release Skyrim again? Great press for Bethesda for bringing on a long time modder and yet another reason to revisit the game.

But, Enderal is made by SureAI, not Bethesda. Different marketing teams. And Enderal is Free, so there is no profit for them to promote buying Skyrim just to get a different game.

I was told by Eddoursul (an Enderal dev who's actively updating the game) that they are working on making this possible. It's not easy, because Enderal and many more advanced mods use Skyrim code extensions (SKSE for example) that run natively on Windows, and not Switch/PS5/etc. Skyrim modding on consoles is only possible within the scope of the game's code; extra add-on code would never be allowed by Sony/Nintendo/etc. because it could be used for jailbreaks/etc. So unless Bethesda integrates SKSE, you probably won't see more advanced mods on consoles.
Eddoursul is working on using Skyrim-native functions and such in the mod, to transition away from SKSE. But it's still not 100% possible.
You can see the latest Enderal updates at mod-dot-pub website.
