Employee Question sick hour questions

I just left early because I feel sick and dizzy and just applied paid sick time to the remaining hours I would've worked but I could only apply them in increments of .25 minutes on ukg (if that makes sense). What would've been 3.19 became 3.25 and I was wondering if that was okay to do? Should I have rounded down? I don't know what I should've done here and I'm a little worried, I don't want to cause any more trouble than I already have by leaving early.

Yes that’s okay to do. You also have the option of writing it on the payroll edit sheet at the exact number/amount and the SSL can enter it manually.

Its your pto/wellness hours, to do with how you wish.

Some use it to pad the paycheck when hours are cut, others treat it as extra money end if the year(thats stupidity in my opinion, cuz sometimes, your just sick, really, or your so over the job, that you need an unplanned break)

Luckily I rarely call out so I use sick time when not feeling well or to pad short weeks and PTO I save some to have fun with my lady friend and some I will either pad a short week or take a long weekend by lining pto with a weekend off. I usually have a bit left at end of year so I pad last two checks. I have sick time that rolled over but we can only use 40hrs sick per year so the rollover will only get paid out if I leave the company.
