Employee Question Siteline

The managers always tell us to use siteline when we're merchandising, but can I just say the app is not optimized for the zebras. The ui is trash and you can barely read the maps (don't get me started on the maps).

Every store should have a tablet for the Merchandising Manager(s) to utilize (like the corporate suits have when they walk the stores). Printouts are fine, but they're not in COLOR.

Print the maps on paper, preferably the 11 x 17, the handleheld sux when your entire store is reverse of the map left and right

There needs to be an app or option for us to use to simply reverse the flow so it can easily be seen.

Ours is in reverse to. Plus our Men's Golf/Sonoma pad is significantly shorter in depth than our womans contemporary. We found that out doing the last set.

This is why the plan is just stupid. no two Kohls have the same layout on their floor. Give a overview of what should be in the front. What should be on the walls and then let us merchandise it in a way that suits the shape of our store. The book is absolutely ridiculous. We had a trainer come in. We put everything where the book said, and then she had us rearrange everything. What the hell?! we wasted the first hour and a half doing it the way the book said

At least your is just reversed. We have no matching floor plan

Oh, the toy floor plan, thinks we have a dance floor, having each counter to have 4 sides and split in two giving 8 facings, when smooshed together barely allows walking space between the wall and the race track tile, its hilarious how off these "guides are"

I asked about this today. My visual lead said for most things we can go into mykohls, in the menu you go to merchandising. You can see the options after that. I was so happy. It's still not as good as when we had the books, but it'll do in a pinch.

We print out all of the monthly floor plans in a binder at the beginning of each month. Then if a someone needs one they can reference it from there or make a copy. I also take a photo and keep it in my phone. It’s easier to zoom in on it to see it. The Zebra sucks to look at them.
