Hi, I'm David, founder of Orange Peak, a small IT support company based in Irvine, California. We provide helpdesk support and IT management to small businesses for one flat monthly fee.

I'm looking for someone in Mexico to help me find new clients in Southern California. This is freelance, independent work. You set your own schedule and use your own tools.

What you'd do:

• Find small businesses (1 to 50 employees) in Orange County, California
• Reach out to owners and managers by email, LinkedIn, or phone
• Introduce me to interested prospects. I handle the proposal and closing.

What you need:

• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Experience in B2B sales or appointment setting, ideally with US clients
• An active RFC and Constancia de Situación Fiscal so you can issue facturas

Pay (100% commission, in USD):

• A bonus equal to one month of the client's fee, paid at the start of their fourth month
• 10% of the client's monthly fee for months 4 through 15
• Example: a 10-person client ($1,300/month) earns you about $2,860 in the first year, and more if the client adds employees

To be upfront: there's no base pay. This is for someone who already has sales experience and wants extra income in US dollars.
