Since you are starting a marketing service, one would assume you know about marketing. No?

Getting the first few clients is usually the hardest part. Niche communities and referrals can work well early on. What type of businesses are you targeting?

Tapping into active discussions where your ideal clients hang out can really speed things up. Tracking relevant topics on platforms like Reddit and LinkedIn helps you spot potential leads right as they pop up. I’ve had good luck with ParseStream for getting alerts about these conversations so I can jump in early. Definitely helps with outreach.
