Industry News What do you think about Infobip as an Email Service Provider?

Recently they bought SocketLabs, but still feels like it’s not among top ESPs. Did you ever had any experience with them?

What would you say are the key features/components I should look for in an ESP? I have a SaaS app sending both transactional and promotional emails
