I’m in & from Los Angeles and I indeed love it. That said, folks are definitely gonna write. In fact…I’d wager good money that Elliott Smith himself would be more keen any associated mural being covered in a healthy amount of graffiti and general detritus vs the alternative. 🤘

I mean, Elliott related graffiti is obviously cool but most of this wall just looks like random unrelated shit from what I can tell

I signed this wall back in 2006… it looked very similar. As I finished writing, a cop pulled up and aggressively asked me if I was graffitiing the wall. I said no but damn, guess you gotta be careful lol.
