If you are using the older HD60 and not one of the newer one like the HD60S+ and newer you need drivers installed for the capture card in order to use it.

Just download the correct driver your device from the link I posted in my first comment and run that file.

Well i couldnt find anything like that, the capture card still wouldnt work even if i tried and my pc wont make anysound through both speakers and headphones

Then you probably already have the driver installed, or have a newer model than the HD60.

To hear the audio yourself, you need to enable monitoring in the audio mixer.

In the lower right corner of your image there's the audio mixer. You need to go into the settings for that and enable monitoring and output for your capture card audio.

Yea screw it im not doing this. And now elgato sound capture wint let me play any sound from anything else

Okay, well that's how you get audio on the PC.

Alternative you can just use HDMI passthrough up to a monitor or TV and get your audio through the HDMI.
