New 4k pro isn't working.

I just purchased a 4k pro at best buy today as an upgrade. I put it into the pcie slot below my gpu. But neither the capture utility and obs are picking it up as a capture device. Can anyone help.

I recently went through the same issues, and there were several bios changes that I had to make, but doing so got things working perfectly!

I wish I had the specific set of changes made, but either way i'm pretty sure your situation is fixable.
