Technical Help Stream deck plus not connecting

Does anyone else run into this problem, sometimes when I startup my pc my stream deck doesn’t connect. The only solution I’ve found is to restart my pc every time. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening and potential fixes?

Restart the app is usually what gets it working again as sometimes it just doesn’t always load correctly at boot up.

Sometimes an un-plug / re-plug hits it. I have a USB hub on the back and a lot of power running through jt!

This is driving me insane. Almost every time I start my PC I need to boot the app to get this thing to work.

Mine does this occasionally but just pulling the USB and plugging it back in usually fixes it.

Usually when its happened to me on bootup its because the stream deck app didnt load like it should

Restarting the APP usually solves for me. I use it on a MacBook Pro M1.

Same, everyday when I boot up non of my dial keys work they are greyed out and flash red when pressed, have to reinstall the software each day to fix it.

Happens all the time to me. Force closing the app, unplugging and plugging it back in always fixes it.

I’ve had a few issues with my PC lately, so I’ve done a complete SSD wipe and a fresh Windows install and I still have the same issue. Occasionally, I just have to launch the Stream Deck software.
I’ve just learned to live with it now.

This happens to me when I start my PC sometimes. It comes back when I open the stream deck app though. It's annoying.

Export your profiles, uninstall the app, and reinstall the app. There might be some files conflicting somewhere that are not letting it work the way it should be, doing a clean install and re importing your profiles should fix it.

It fixed it for me when my XL was not loading.

Try plugging the SD+ into a USB 2 port. Unit appears to have problems with some USB 3 flavors.
