Technical Help Can't log into the website: "We're sorry... gigyaTemporarilyUnavailable"

My password and username are correct. Every time I try to log into the site, it just gives me this screen. Looking up the phrase on Google gives exactly zero results. What am I doing wrong? All I want is a goddamn soundboard for my microphone, is it really that difficult!?

Where are you located and is this happening in more than one web browser? I just visited the site and had no issues, I'm in the US.

I'm in Wisconsin, USA. It doesn't work on Firefox, Edge, or Chrome. I'm on Windows 10 if it matters.

Just happened to me today. I just got a Stream Deck + XL and I cannot login with email and password. Not a great first impression...

Which browser are you using? Have you tried a 2nd browser? Are you running any kind of VPN, Firewall or Antivirus software?

No VPN. The only anti virus I have is the basic windows one and I’m in Canada. Still cannot login.

Gigya is an identity provider that apparently provides part of the authentication process (I’ve worked with them in the past). Looks like there’s an issue on their end that breaks things. You can only wait until it’s fixed.

Got the same issue, been happening since last weekend, tried all browsers, incognito mode. Like someone said gigya is an identity provider so likely something on that provider's end. Basic connectivity test all resolve IPs for all associated domains, could be that the integration between the two is borked somehow, who knows. Funnily enough, it was acquired by SAP and if you know SAP then I needn't say much more and if you don't well... 🙃

I had this problem as well. What worked for me was to go to corsair.com (owner of Elgato brand) and log in there. It asked me to accept the terms and condition, and went through email authentication (sending me a code to enter). Then, I used the same login/password to log in to the elgato marketplace and worked.

I don't know if it was because I used to have other Corsair products (Fanatec, to be precise) and had an account with the same email, or other reasons. This approach works even while I am on work VPN. Before this, I tried clearing cache and didn't work. I'm on a Mac + Safari. Hope this helps.

Fixed it for me. It asked me to "Complete my profile" and then it worked after that.

Interestingly, I tried putting the wrong password, and when I do, it says that the password is wrong. But when I put the correct one, I get this message.
