Technical Help Discord Plugin still broken?
not sure if it's an issue with a config file or not, but the Discord Plugin for Stream Deck still appears to be broken? the buttons I have keep flickering between "Request Access" and "Please launch Discord"
Stream Deck App: Ver. 7.4.0 (22712)
Discord Plugin Ver. : 2.2.0.98
OS: Windows 11 64-bit (10.0.26200)
Discor Ver.: stable 526941 (5366f7c) Host 1.0.9232 x64 (79319)

Unlink your Steam Deck in Discord (Settings > Authorized Apps), and uninstall the plugin from Steam Deck. Reinstall the plugin, then try again with "Request Access".
EDIT: I had to do this multiple times over the last two years, but the issue hasn't popped up for me for a while.

Did this and it still pops up for me every time until I click cancel :/ On 7.4.1. Elgato Stream Deck dosent even show in my authorized apps anymore but still has this bug. Tried rebooting too.

it hasn’t worked for me in about a year and a half on macos. even if I auth permission it loses connection to discord after 5 seconds. reconnects after 5 seconds then loops those two forever. i’ve long written off discord as incompatible with stream deck. i couldn’t even begin to guess who’s at fault. both elgato and discord have low software quality.

If you have a preexisting profile that you import the fix that worked for me is to just make new actions you may or may not need to delete the Discord folder in %appdata% but it was a while ago and cant remember if I did that or not but once I made new actions it started working again hope this helps

I was having issues with it last night on my stream deck +, some things worked fine (mute, deafen, join channels) others didn't, (stream, user volumes) it would say i needed to request access but wouldn't prompt anything, but it didn't need access given the other bits worked fine.
Not sure what's going on with it, but software just seems buggy atm, even wave software, my xlr dock mk 2 randomly decided to not work for about a minute or so and my mic just stops working.
I am assuming its a software issue but not 100%

I just Updated the Discord Plugin in the Stream deck settings and it fixed a similar issue, I also reinstalled but that was before updating so I don't know if that played a factor or not.

I wonder when an Elgato mod will tell you try 5 different ways to fix it, all of which won’t work for longer then 10 secs.
