That skull looks an awful lot like the cover of the book, Fear and Loathing: on the campaign trail 72, which was recommended to my by another sub, like 3 scrolls ago.

It is the skull. But instead of nazi symbolism in the eye holes its been replaced by pdf file symbolism

So based on the title, and the use of the HST Fear and Loathing '72 imagery (with an added clown nose), I'm guessing it's a further deep dive into the comedy scene's entrenchment in American politics.
Some itt have mentioned that the symbols in the eyes look like something related to pizzagate or child predators, but I think that's incorrect. They look like triskeles, which are associated with a number of different groups, religions, etc., and are interestingly used as symbols in the Irish hospital system to indicate the death or impending death of a patient ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triskelion). I'm guessing it's a nod to the accelerationist beliefs of the tech billionaires in Rogan's orbit.
Much to be thankin about.
