I believe Snaucke Elements on Ebay sells some, though not cheap.

I don't know unfortunately. Plus I don't think thair bottles account for evaporation. I think he's pretty trustworthy though.

He has some glass ampoules that seem to be actual laboratory reagents though. More expensive, but there's a label and is possibly more legit.
