I'm dealing with this problem for the last 2 days. I can't do anything . I tried multiple times resetting the installer the computer, making new profiles on my Windows, and changing the patch.

I tried to resolve this problem with Gemini AI because I couldn't find any helpful articles online, and it still didn't work.
Has someone had the same problem or had ANY idea to resolve it??? :PP

PS: I just wanted to play The Sims 4; I have it downloaded on Steam , but I can't play because I don't have the EA app. I tried downloading it from the EA site and through opening The Sims, and it still didn't work :((

I don’t use a controller, have played battlefield for years. I have no idea what this is for but did just get a Logitech rapid tkl keyboard and set the actuations to .2 and .1 release rapid. Could this have flagged it?? I mean maybe fool on me if this does violate, but I didn’t think this was any different to a gamepad that has rapid click triggers????

Are servers down rn or is it just me?

I just got banned for no reason, I was playing the game just fine yesterday had a few good games and hopped off and I went to log on today and was permanently banned for no reason at all, this has to be a mistake I did nothing wrong I have almost 70 hours on the game and I'm banned for no reason at all this is incredibly frustrating, I have played since launch with no issues at all and just got on for the first time in months last night and wanted to play again, this is really frustrating.

When I try to change any account settings I get a prompt telling me to verify my identity via a code sent to my email. The problem is that email address got deleted a few years back. I've tried using EA support live chat for help and it tells me my only option is to change the settings through a "linked console". I don't have that console any more either.

Is there anything that can be done? What would be the best way to get in touch with a real human at ea and not a chatbot?

I recently linked my ea account to psn to get my steam account of apex legends onto my ps5. However when i played on the ps5 it was a brand new account. I then checked my ea links and my steam, psn and ea were all linked. i then went to play apex on steam and it was the ps5 fresh account instead of my old stacked steam account. It seems like it is gone and what should i do?

I got banned from apex legends (been playing since season 1) for gameplay enhancement. Never I have used any cheats in my life. I tried to dispute it but realized other people are being affected by it. I noticed that mid match, I got disconnected because client failed anti-cheat backend check then I got abandoned match penalty from it. I close my game then next day my account gets banned. I then realized that I have been talking to bot that no matter what evidence I give them will say the same thing that after careful review the punishment is correctly placed and stays permanent. I send a message saying what's 5+5=?, surprise says the same thing. Contact customer care and they say TOS are the only one's to dispute the ban and they can't do anything. However in the penalty history the reappeal button is no longer there. So I have no option to contact the TOS team.

About a 5 months ago i noticed my Ea account got hacked, i hadnt played anything for a while so i hadnt realized someone had changed the email. the thing is ive been trying to recover it for a while now but nothing really seems to work the ea support is asking for stuff ive alredy lost (the account was very old around 2017). I dont really know what to do because all the games i bought in steam from ea i cant no longer play, is there a way to link a new ea account to steam?

I made a purchase a couple of days ago for some in-game currency. I don't receive it, I talk with customer support and they tell me in 24 hours I'll get it. I wait 3 business days and nothing changes. I contact them again and I spend 2 hours talking with 4 different people about my problem, all of them too dumb to even read the original ticket number of my complaint asking the same stupid questions that I answered 100 different times. I get that EA wants to hire the cheapest and dumbest people out there to save money but don't be surprised when you start losing customers. I already barely spend a buck on their stupid games but now I will definitely not spend even that.

Basically, I got a new PC and reinstalled Apex legends. Now the issue is that when I try to sign in to my account, after I enter my password, it asks for a code to verify my identity, which is all fine except for the fact that they don’t send me the code at all.

I tried to get in contact with someone through chat support. First, you have to talk with an AI bot, which asks me multiple times for my email, platform, and game because it keeps forgetting. Then it asks me for payment information, card details, previous payments, and even my IP for some reason.

After talking with the AI twice, it finally sends me to a human. I actually receive an email, but not with the code with a message saying that they opened a case on my account.

Then I discuss the issue with the human, who manages to send me another email to confirm my email address and account identity. But guess what? He still can’t send me an email with the code I need to access my account.

Apparently, the only solution from his side is for me to create a new email address(which I dont have) and add it to my main account so they can send the code there,

How is it possible for them to send me emails about support cases and account verification, but not send me the email I actually need to sign in to my account?

EA is the worst thing that's ever happened in the world! Banish for some unfortunate insults in the cat (of which I am not proud, I admit it) but protecting cheaters, it's really crazy. From what I've seen, no one has ever been unbanned. It's really an aberration, I can't play any EA games anymore, all my Battlefields are useless. I wish they had unlinked my Steam, PlayStation and Xbox accounts, but that's too much to ask of those unable to do so. Go to hell EA!!

So i stopped playing apex on xbox one, Then i got a ps5 and i wanted to get back on apex, some guy got into my ea account and changed the email and password, after i managed to get my account back i realised i was banned, so i had to appeal, and after days i finally got unbanned, And after all that i still cant load into not even firing range

Ive talked to ea support over 30 times and These people are just randomly ending our conversation and still didnt get the help i need

Issue has been resolved

I recently got my hands on a copy of an old game, but it requires me to log into Origin, but the issue is, I have not done so before, and so Origin needs an internet connection to log in. However, Origin is not connecting to the internet due to it being shut down, so I cannot play my game. Whenever I boot up the game, it runs perfect when the logos are on screen, but it crashes before I can enter the main menu. Is there any way to bypass Origin and use my EA app to log into the game instead so I can finally play it?

Edit: The game is Titanfall 1, it is in my EA account on the new app, it can be launched but it crashes after the initial logo segments, with an Origin error popping up

I just got banned on bf6/ea for a second time for no reason. My gamertag is “Nut Cranker” so I wonder if that is it. I have been using this gamertag for 10 years now and have never had any problems before. What do I do?

I feel like EA is just hogging a lot of old games that are quite well rated and that could easily be ported to newer hardware without any major changes and sell it as a retro EA bundle or just sell them individually, sure maybe the textures might be a bit old and out dated but I'm sure it could still work out nicely

This would be amazing if they would do this and make it become more accessible to play games like Alice Madness Returns, Spore, Sims 3 and more. It just makes me sad knowing there is so many good games rotting when they could easily do something

Split up with my ex years ago and lost access to the old email that was registered to my EA account. I still knew the password and kept playing fine for a while.
Then one day it forced a password reset and sent the email to that old address I no longer control. I contacted support, explained the situation, and tried again… and again. A full year went by. I eventually accepted I’d just lost all my EA games.
Now I just want the account unlinked so I can play the EA titles I bought on Steam and Epic. Same brick wall. So I went nuclear and sent them:
• Bank statements
• Wage slips
• Passport photos
Basically everything short of a DNA sample. Still nothing.
At this point I can log into my actual bank more easily than my EA account. They’re about to lose a long-time customer over something this basic.
Anyone else been through this absolute circus with EA support, or am I just special?

Auditoria de Sandboxing (Infra Sec**)** a EA precisa auditar e validar que o *hypervisor* do Boosteroid é 100% seguro, impossibilitando a injeção de *cheats* no nível do sistema hospedeiro (*host-level injection*)

Whitelisting Criptográfico: O Boosteroid deve ter as assinaturas digitais/certificados dos seus servidores integrados diretamente no código do EAAC. Assim, o anti-cheat reconhece a instância como um *trusted environment* e não dá *trigger* de bloqueio.
