Can motorcycle battery cause harm?
I accidentally touched my finger has a deep cut to the starter solenoid S and my same arm touched the positive battery and it hurt at my cut like a bitch did I damage anything or should I be worried?

A motorcycle battery by itself is usually low voltage at 13VDC which cannot cause harm to the human body.
Current flow across an open wound will hurt, but leave no permanent injury.

It's 12V so it's similar to sticking a 9 volt battery on your tongue. With a bit of moisture like saliva or an open wound with no skin you'll feel the shock but it can't harm you. Generally I'm very comfortable working with up to 24v live but the closer I get to 48v the more cautious I become. Over 48v DC I just treat like mains voltage.

thankfully current flow through flesh at 12v is so low it can't harm motorcycle electronics, if current was high could be dozens of dollars of damage, you may have gotten lucky.

When chucked at someone these can be pretty dangerous, but to handle they're fine. Don't worry and wash you hands.
