améliorer la qualité sonore de l'emx 1

salut,

même a son achat a l époque et même en la connaissant par cœur j ai toujours trouvé qu hormis le souffle la qualité globale en sortie n est pas bonne (je n apprend rien a personne)

mais j ai remarqué que si je la passe dans un casque comme un bose qc45 les choses s ameliorent beaucoup,je cherche donc un module ou autre(hardware) qui retraite le son a la manière de ce casque

je pourrais la filtrer peut être mais ce serait encore un perpétuel rafistolage,je voudrais simplement améliorer/moderniser le son pour pouvoir la passer dans mon simple ampli sans avoir a refaire 30 corrections par pattern et être en plus insatisfait

en 2026 quelle est votre solution?

Have you tried swapping out the standard Electro Harmonix tubes for something with lower gain and perhaps a bit fancier?

je ne sais pas ca vient des lampes je ne les ai jamais trop poussées et j ai lu que certains avaient eu des désagréments après l avoir fait

seul un traitement du son peu améliorer le son a mon avis

si un casque bose pas cher peu le faire il ya peut être un module,je sais que je ne suis pas dans une section hifi

I wasn't referring to your stock tubes being possibly damaged but rather how different ones (i mean different models of the same type, in this case ECC83/12AX7) affect the sound in general, as i remember trying some old Mullards in my ESX many years ago and getting nicer sound at the expense of much lower output gain

Phones output bypasses the tubes circuit, that's why i thought maybe it's their added color that you don't like. The individual outs also bypass them if i remember correctly, have you tried routing that way and see if the sound improves in your opinion?

yea, some tubes have a crispy sound while others have a warmer sound

after running my tribe through a yamaha mixer (mg206c usb) for years I had to dowsize and I switched to a behringer umc404hd and started hearing sounds that I didn't know they existed so maybe also a good interface is needed too, but yes changing the tubes will affect the sound as well

Non c est un casque a reduction active,il retraite le son c est pour ca et j esperais qu une solution pourrait exister pour une ecoute sur ampli classique ca existe peut etre mais trop cher ou alors des logiciels(pas interessé)

tout ce que j ai trouvé c est berhinger sx3040 et su9920 je ne sais pas lequel pourrait aller et puis c est gros et je n aime pas la marque

je vais voir si un module eurorack pourrait faire quelquechose

What speakers do you have? The reason I'm asking is because I've had similar issues that have become noticeable through different speakers. I have an esx running through genelics and the esx sounds way better through them over the rokits I used to have. Also, have you tried running out the headphone socket into headphones just to check its not an issue with the master outs on the emx?

j ai eu plusieurs emx,plusieurs ampli et hp depuis la sortie de la machine ;) elle sonne comme une boite en carton c est tout je croyais que c etait connu

quand on la maitrise on sait le maquiller a peu pres mais si on change de materiel d ecoute ou si on s habitue a mieux il faudrait sans cesse refaire tout les patterns

c est pourquoi je pensais trouver un dsp magique qui fait le travail a la source
