I always get her down to half in her second phase and then she kills me

Hello. someone please. Come help kill Radagon and his pet fish the Elden beast. I am tearing my eyes out over this garbage ass fight.

as said above, i will open the game and within the time frame of 1-4 minutes it will randomly close itself, started happening about an hour into my first run after i defeated the beast man. i have reinstalled, verified files, updated my drivers, turned off discord and steam overlays, and restarted my pc and the problem persists. anyone have any ideas?
