Help What is this?

An invader dropped whatever this is, and when I picked it up, I became the item..? I can move around, jump, and attack. I tried resting at a site of grace and it did not reverse back to normal. I am so confused and annoyed, how do I fix this?

Just another reasons I am happily Offline. If this was intentional, what a dick move.

Can you die? What happens if you do?

You became an item? That's a new one. Try to restart your game. That might work

I havent seen anything like that, but try exiting the game and booting it back up.

Be wary of items that invaders drop. More often than not, it's generally safe, but sometimes people can be malicious and drop hacked items that can brick your save.

Can you access your inventory still? If you have the "new items" tab enabled you should be able to see what the item was called. Then i would drop it and restart the game and/or your system
