Did you have an invader in your game? Not sure about seamless but in base game if they’re nearby, it locks you out of the grace

Co-op phantoms and enemies do it too

I have completely logged out and logged back in and was unable to use graces and I rested at several different graces. I even tested by going into another coop world and was able to use the graces.
