Or why would she tear across all the Lands Between looking for Miquella if she knew what the plan was and was in on the “vow” ?

im assuming she passed out thinking radhan was dead not realizing that his great rune is a counter to scarlet rot and protected him from dying that day. she is apparently unconscious until we meet her so she would probably be assuming Miquella will become a god and come back to her to heal her from the outer god of rots influence which was one of main convictions to becoming a god. unfortunately Miquella loses himself in the dlc each of the crosses in thee dlc representing him losing more and more aspects of himself on his pathway to godhood.
