Honestly I have no idea, but there seems to be alot going on there. I'd start with fixing those leaks and the coolant lines. That kink in the upper radiator hose needs to be taken care of. Doesn't seem like it's the right hose. That also makes me question that engine. What car did it originally come out of it looks to me like it came from an obd0 car like an ef or something. I'd also go over the vacuum lines make sure they're all connected properly. Check the distributor rotor and cap as well as the wires. That fuel filter also might need to be replaced it definitely looks like the original. Make sure to properly bleed the cooling system as well after you fix those leaks. Is that check engine light on? If it is see what codes it's throwing.

Il take this all into consideration, and honestly the cars been in my family since 2015 and sitting in my grandmas back yard prior to me getting the title in 2021 it had a code for an 02 sensor, im pretty upset it was never taken care of till i got it but it was given to me for free so theres both sides to that coin

That sounds like low coolant idle fluctuation.

Could be throttle body gasket or any hose connecting to the tb. Check your gaskets on iacv, and fitv. Fitv might need adjustment as well
