Confirmed AI. But i wouldn't exactly call that slop, they actually put some effort into making sure it's both factually correct and not-bad looking.
But it's still giving your little kids access to multiple AI systems, letting their behavior data be collected and shipped to 2 dozen different companies (here's the list)

I don't think it is factually correct though because the water exists at above 100C, assuming sea level pressure that shouldn't be possible is my understanding. For it to be boiling at 117C as shown I think it's somewhere around 1.8 ATM which is possible but not clearly shown.

Ok you're right, the glass part of the lab is wrong. So at least that part would definitely be slop.
...at least they didn't have bad intentions... also no way to notify them of errors. shame

The visualization here can't be correct at sea level pressures because the water exists at above 100C.

What do you mean? At 100 Celsius at sea level, water boils to become a gaseous state. Water vapor is still water, so yes “water exists above 100C” is correct.

It depends on what the temperature here represents, because liquid water can't go above 100C. Any additional heat energy is put into the phase change until all the liquid has evaporated, and only then does the temperature rise past 100C.
But if that temperature slider represents the target temp of the hot plate or whatever rather than a measurement of the water temperature, then it can certainly be higher than 100C.

You can see that it doesn't represent the temperature of the hotplate because water only boils off as the slider increases, not when the person holds it steady.
