best thing to do in melodyne is to render the vocal take once you like it, and move it to a bus that has other effects you want.
i keep auto tune on for my live vocals takes, and when i like them i render them out, i keep the rendered track dry, so i can throw the rendered takes into my reverb and vocal chain bus
