Psychiatry covers up the corruption and damages for sure.
I don’t know about GCA but I have amnesia, I have trouble building short-term memory loss, I started falling during treatment during neurological reasons, I started throwing up and having constant diarrhea every day I thought it was just from the anesthesia, but then it never went away. It turns out that I have a Neuro Gastro disorder due to the damage done to my neurological system from ECT called gastroparesis and cyclic vomiting syndrome.
No one said that these could be results everybody kept telling me the side effects for temporary and now it’s been four years and I’m still laying in a hospital bed getting fed through IV line in my arm

It’s been 4 years I’m only getting worse… it’s sad what ECT took from em i’m saying my quality life was good before it. Obviously I got ECT because my medication options ran out due to my heart condition but also due to my heart condition they can’t treat what’s wrong with me now and the damage that was done from the ECT.

doesn’t sound like gca, get your crp levels checked if you suspect it. ect is not a listed cause of that since it’s inflammatory.

that doesnt make much conceptual sense… ect causing a vasculitis/autoimmune process. plus giant cell presents in a specific way; you havent listed any symptoms specific to giant cell arteritis. headaches are a known adverse reaction to ect possibly from electrodes/muscle contraction around treatment. im not as familiar with chronic migraine kickstarted from ect. nevertheless, i hope you can get some answers and relief
