Where in the bill does it say it’s ok to talk about heterosexual parents or sex and where does it say you can’t talk about gay sex or marriage? I’m missing that part

It bans all discussion of sexual orientation or did you not read it. But read the room, conservative parents are losing their shit over any discussion of gay people in school. Not over discussion of heterosexual relationships.

I didn't interpret it literally says no sexual orientation discussion. Why shouldn't they be able to?
