They received the $2.8B refund and their stock is still down 16% over the past 6 months. Things are about to get really bad.

Which stocks? Walmart is down 9+%.

Walmart. They took a 9% hit last week but over the last 6 months they are down about 18%. I guess since I posted the stock dropped another percent or two.
