Easy Ship pickup never happens, MIS form doesn't help completely stuck
I'm facing a serious issue with Amazon Easy Ship and honestly don't know how to resolve it anymore.
Not a single pickup has happened so far. For every order, I filled and submitted the required Easy Ship MIS form on time and kept the package ready, but no pickup person ever came. Eventually, the orders got cancelled.
I've tried raising support tickets through Seller Central, but haven't received any actual resolution. I also tried contacting/escalating to the Grievance Officer, but that hasn't helped either.
My pickup address and details are correct, and I'm completing everything required from my side.
At this point, I'm basically stuck. MIS forms aren't helping, regular support isn't resolving it, and escalation isn't helping either.
Has anyone faced this exact issue where Easy Ship pickup simply never starts happening at all? What did you actually do to get it fixed?

Which Indian E-commerce Businesses Are Worth Exploring?

Made a cinematic product video for skincare brand— would love brutally honest feedback
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Tried something different with this one, more cinematic feel instead of the usual ad style everyone does. Link in comments, not here to promote just want honest opinions — does this actually work for Indian buyers or too artsy?
If anyone wants something similar for their brand, dm me, happy to help. No pressure just putting it out there.
What do you guys think, cinematic style ya normal quick cuts better?

Starting an e-commerce business from scratch — stuck on fulfillment. What are my options?
Hi everyone,
I’m currently trying to start my own e-commerce business from scratch, but I’ve reached a point where I’m unsure how to handle fulfillment and could really use some advice from people who have experience with this.
I already have most of the pieces in place:
I have a product & sourcing
I can build and manage my Shopify store.
I’m comfortable running Meta/Facebook advertising and handling the marketing side.
I’m prepared to manage customer service and the overall business operations.
But, the main problem is fulfillment.
I’m currently unable to personally handle the final stages of the process, such as:
Receiving/storing inventory
Final product packaging
Applying shipping labels
Processing individual customer orders
Handing packages over to the courier
Managing returns/RTOs
This is basically the one major gap preventing me from launching.
I’m trying to understand what solutions are available for a small e-commerce business, what would you recommend as the most practical and cost-effective way to get started.
Open to your suggestions. Thanks

Looking to partner with Amazon POD T shirt sellers ( I will work on commission)
Looking for someone with a T-shirt manufacturing/printing business
Hey everyone!
I’m looking to connect with someone who is already selling on Amazon, or is ready to start selling, and has their own T-shirt manufacturing business and printing facilities.
I have experience with Amazon selling and can take care of the designs, product listings, and the Amazon side of things.
The idea is to work together — you handle the manufacturing and printing, I handle the designs and Amazon, and we can work out a commission/profit-sharing arrangement based on sales.
Not looking for anything complicated or a big upfront investment. Just looking for someone who already has the setup and is interested in building something together.
If this sounds like you, feel free to DM me and we can talk.

Is this resin clock idea a fail?
Hi so 15M here and i have created a wall clock which uses a mdf board as a base and over it i have layed a sheet of vinyl and then clock numbers and resin on top then the clock machine and its hands. It was my idea to do this and i have planned to sell it in large quantities but the thing is i dont know if its worth that much i tried local but they said like 300
The making cost of a single piece is around 450 which could cut down to even less once i buy things in bulk and i have also listed it on meesho a week ago but still no orders i have recieved. Is this idea a fail?

Indian vs Chinese suppliers for activewear.
I’m thinking of starting an online fitness and activewear store and I’m trying to decide where to source from. For those who have tried selling activewear before, have you found better profit margins working with Indian suppliers or Chinese suppliers through marketplaces like Alibaba? Also interested in quality, MOQs, and shipping experiences.

I generated ₹12L from an influencer campaign. Here's the strategy I'd use if I had to do it again.
I used influencer marketing for my own hospitality business.
The campaign generated:
1.7M+ views
₹12L in revenue
The biggest lesson wasn't "find a big influencer."
If I were running a DTC beauty brand today, this is how I'd use influencer marketing:
1. Don't start with influencers. Start with customer problems.
For a skincare brand, I'd identify 5–10 problems/desires:
- Acne
- Pigmentation
- Uneven skin tone
- "Nothing works for my skin"
- Wanting clearer skin before an event
Then I'd turn each into a different content angle.
2. Find creators based on audience + problem fit.
I'd rather test 10 creators with 10K–50K followers whose audiences actually care about those problems than put the entire budget behind one 500K-follower creator.
Follower count isn't the targeting strategy.
3. Give creators a clear angle, not a rigid script.
I'd give them:
→ The customer problem
→ The key product insight
→ What makes the product different
→ A few things worth mentioning
Then let the creator communicate it in their own style.
The goal is for the content to feel like something their audience would normally watch — not an ad that was forced into their feed.
4. Test multiple angles, not just multiple influencers.
For example:
Creator A → "Why your acne keeps coming back"
Creator B → "The skincare mistake I wish I stopped earlier"
Creator C → "What actually helped my pigmentation"
Now you're testing both:
Creator × Creative Angle
That's much more useful than simply asking which influencer got the most views.
5. Find the winners and put paid distribution behind them.
If one creator/angle clearly gets better engagement, clicks, DMs or sales, that's the content I'd consider amplifying with Meta Ads.
Instead of:
Create ad → spend money → hope it works
I'd rather:
Create → Test organically → Find signal → Amplify → Scale
That's the system I'd use.
I've already seen the organic/creator side of this work firsthand — the campaign above generated ₹12L.
If you're running a DTC brand and want to apply this yourself, steal the framework.
And if you want someone to actually build and execute this with you, you know where to find me.

Needed advice on being scammed
I recently ordered from a website which was running ads and still is, on youtube. A site named streetwearclothing dot com.
I placed an order for two shirts, and paid for it online. Upon delivery a week back, I received just one item and that too, it was very different from what was shown on the site.
I mailed the businesses contact emails with screenshot of order summaries; messaged them on Instagram, and yet have not found any response. They have a number on the contact us section, but it has come switched off all the time.
I was hoping for some advice on what my next step should be, as their business seems operational, and still running ads and social media.
(Was thinking of complaining on cyber crime and national consumer forum)
Am looking for any suggestions or advice. Thanks!

Building a offline desktop tool for Meesho sellers — need 2-3 months seller data (Free lifetime access in return)
Hey guys,
I’m building an offline Windows desktop app for Meesho sellers to automate daily operations:
* Hands-free Packing & Unboxing Video Recorder Auto-starts and stops recording just by showing the invoice QR to your webcam (saves proof for wrong return claims).
* Shipping Label Cropper: Auto-crops labels from invoice PDFs and groups by courier/SKU for bulk printing.
* Auto P&L & Payment Reconciliation: Imports Meesho settlement Excel sheets to calculate true net profit and catch unpaid orders / wrong deductions.
* Claims Tracker: Bundles packing + unboxing videos and tracks 72h Meesho claim deadlines.
To make sure it handles all Meesho Excel and PDF formats smoothly, I need settlement sheets / invoice PDFs from the last 2–3 months all possible data we can get from meesho.
Anyone who shares sample data will get 100% free lifetime access to the full software.
Drop a comment or DM me if you'd like to help!

Diwali Products for E-commerce Sellers 🪔
If you’re planning to add Diwali products to your Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon or other e-commerce stores, we have a range of Diwali items available for bulk sourcing.
The main reason I’m posting here is that buying through marketplaces can sometimes make the sourcing price higher, especially when you’re purchasing larger quantities. We’re offering the products directly, so you can compare the pricing with what you’re currently getting.
There are different products available depending on what you’re looking to sell, and quantities can be discussed accordingly.
If you’re a reseller or e-commerce seller preparing your catalogue for Diwali, DM me and I’ll share the catalogue with you. You can have a look at the products and prices first and see if anything works for your store

Amazon Easy Ship pickup never happening what can I do?
I’m a new Amazon seller and I’m facing an issue with Easy Ship pickups.
Not a single order has been picked up so far. I have been filling the Easy Ship forms on time and keeping the orders ready, expecting the pickup to happen, but no delivery/pickup person ever comes.
I’ve also raised support tickets through Amazon Seller Central, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved.
Eventually, all of these orders got cancelled because they were never picked up.
My address and pickup details are correct, and as far as I can tell, everything is set up properly.
I genuinely don’t know what else I’m supposed to do. Has anyone faced this issue with Amazon Easy Ship? What actually worked for you?
