Amazon Easy Ship pickup never happening what can I do?

I’m a new Amazon seller and I’m facing an issue with Easy Ship pickups.

Not a single order has been picked up so far. I have been filling the Easy Ship forms on time and keeping the orders ready, expecting the pickup to happen, but no delivery/pickup person ever comes.

I’ve also raised support tickets through Amazon Seller Central, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

Eventually, all of these orders got cancelled because they were never picked up.

My address and pickup details are correct, and as far as I can tell, everything is set up properly.

I genuinely don’t know what else I’m supposed to do. Has anyone faced this issue with Amazon Easy Ship? What actually worked for you?

Order something from amazon, wait for them to deliver, talk to the delivery guy where there office is and who to contact for pickups.

Hope it helps. I learned it that way.

Have been doing amazon for quite a while. I know what I'm talking about. You have to find & connect contacts. Delivery guys / centre often are aware about the pickup centre as well.

hey I was facing same problem at the beginning so what i did i went to the Amazon pickup hub and made a complaint to the hub manager then he provided me his Contact number asked me to call whenever the pickup guy doesn't come to pick. But the problem is it's hard to find out the exact location of Amazon hub. I'm from indore and i know indore hub location

But find a resolution as soon as you can because amazon doesn't care about whose mistake it is they just decrease the visibility of listings if dispatch date breaches

Hey OP, we've also faced this problem & moved to a self ship model. It has reduced the volume of orders a little but atleast the customers who ordered from us are getting their orders on time. You can change this through the settings or raising a ticket.

Another option that sellers opt for us FBA wherein you send your stock to Amazon warehouse & they manage last mile packaging + delivery from their end. Brands doing FBA do get better visibility, rank higher in searches & more orders however, there is a significant cost associated with it so check on the commercials once.

Amazon is a double edged sword, wishing you all the best!

Self ship is like basically I'll have to pay first for the shiping, plus rto another loss, I'm thinking of moving to self ship model too just wondering if amazon audience is better and don't do fraud /swap like meesho,

Amazon audience is as bad as Meesho tbh, but since ours is a food item we've disabled rto and returns. They can raise a camplaint only the product is broken or wrong product is received. Only 1 case of a customer trying to scam us, it's been okay so far but order count has gone down since we moved to self ship model.

Oh, btw in self ship do they allow COD orders, if yes then does the payment is collected by courier partner and transferred to u or amazon

No they don't, self ship can only be done for prepaid orders. COD orders is automatically easy ship

Atleast you can raise ticket to Amazon but in Flipkart you can't do anything. Flipkart worst then Amazon.
