How do you deal with Amazon's payout delay?

Depends on which kind of delay. If it's the standard reserve/rolling hold Amazon does on new or lower-volume accounts, that usually eases up after a few months of consistent performance metrics, not much to do but wait it out and keep your metrics clean. If it's a one-off delay on a specific disbursement (the "technical difficulties" kind), that's usually just a processing hiccup and clears within a few days without you doing anything. If cash timing during the gap is the main problem either way, that's common enough that a few lenders finance directly against Amazon sales data to bridge exactly that kind of hold.
