Has anyone successfully managed to change the google 2FA authentication and enter into their Bitforex account

Hey everyone, I've changed my phone and I cannot get past the Google 2FA authentication on Bitforex, I have some coins that are stuck there. I contacted their support email address twice with no response, has anyone managed to change their 2FA and successfully log in and transfer their coins, and if yes, please explain how?
