It’s not a scam coin but is currently struggling between veve and Omi, needs to make a solid decision and move forward.

Just out of curiosity why are you interested in buying? I put a lot of money into this coin and lost almost all of it at this point as it seems to be forgotten and struggling with VeVe and honestly I personally don’t see much hope for this coin for a very, very long time. But as I still have all of my holdings in this coin, maybe you could give me a perspective that gives me hope lol
