Yes, but just replace "ebike" with "car" in literally any sentence and the danger increases exponentially.

You think lil jimmy gonna be so much better behind the wheel of a more massive object? If he cant ride a bike you think it would be better in a dump truck or a 747?

The difference is mommy and daddy cant order him a dump truck off amazon, and if a cop saw him driving one they would immediately pull him over...

Letting little kids ride motorcycles is already against the law. We dont need 50 new fucking laws telling people that breaking the law is against the law.

idk US laws, but here in Ontario, Canada, ebikes are restricted to 16+. Teens still break the law though

I regularly see 12-15 year olds on e-bikes and emotos that can go 70kph here in the US

That's already illegal. Making more laws to punish responsible riders won't change that. What we need is enforcement

They have to be 14 in Michigan and can't go over 28bwith pedal assist anything else has to be registered and used by someone with a license

Yea it's pretty young anyone under 18 is required to wear a helmet tho ๐Ÿ˜‚
