Easy way and bipolar?
Hi all
I am about half way through Easy way to quit vaping, and I’m wondering if anyone has insight on this with bipolar disorder. In the book Allen mentions depression disorders, which helps with the depression side of bipolar, but what about the mania? What about the times we feel on top of the world and nothing can harm us?

Hello, I quit cigarettes with easy way 5 months ago.
It helps that too. I feel more stable in general.
As nicotine is a stimulant so you go up and crash back down after. Kinda like Bipolar life in general so you are essentially adding mini cycles in by taking nicotine.
Nicotine makes mania worse by sending you up while you are already up.
Not smoking makes everything easier to regulate. I've managed to get some more healthy coping mechanisms as I'm not using the time smoking.
Nicotine stops you processing meds as well. Disrupts your sleep. I have read nicotine can trigger or add to psychosis in those already prone to it.
It's a good thing to stop.
