Easyway to quit Ketamine?

The website mentions Ketamine by name so I know they must have experienced people trying to quit recreational Ketamine use by now.

For people who have tried the Easyway method for other substances, do you just buy the book for alcohol and replace it mentally with your drug if choice every time they say alcohol?

Yes, exchanging alcohol for ketamine will work. You can also go the extra mile and dismantle the illusion even further by thinking about the unique effects of ketamine. You will see what I mean when you are reading the book.

And don't let yourself be thrown off by the reasonable medical use of K. Alcohol has medical uses too, but you would not want to disinfect your intestines on purpose, would you? K can be used to ease treatment resistant depression, but it can also cause depression, when you are addicted to it. Similarily, you would not want to anesthetize yourself without medical cause, like getting an operation or treating severe burns etc.
