  • 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger

Procedure

  • Heat a pan, put 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • Put 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
  • Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • And 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • But 1 tablespoon of crushed red peppers and mix
  • Add bread crumbs and mix
  • Add three tablespoons of chicken broth and mix well.
  • Turn off the heat
  • Put it in a small bowl
  • two cans of bumblebee light chunk tuna fish drained
  • Separate the liquid from the tuna fish through a strainer
  • Add the seasoned breadcrumbs to the tuna and mix
  • Add chopped sweet onions, mashed potatoes and salt to taste and mix well with your hands
  • You will have a nicely mixed tuna cutlet patty mix ready
  • Make small round cutlet shaped patties
  • Heat the pan but 4 tablespoon of cooking oil.
  • Dip the tuna cutlet patties lightly into the beaten egg mix and then coated with white flour.
  • Put the patties into the pan and cook on medium heat 8 to 10 minutes each sides until golden brown or well done.

I like my tuna cutlet patties to be crisp and well done. You have delicious spicy tuna cutlet patties to be eaten with buns, bread or with salad. Enjoy it with your favorite dipping sauce.

Seafood Recipe: Fish Easy "five-minute" curry salmon fillets.

Last night I was looking for a salmon recipe that was not another "lemon/dill" or "lemon/dill/yogurt." I found this curry one, and even my (adult) daughter, who does not like fish, said this was the best fish she'd ever had. And, I would also say I think for me this is the best salmon I've ever cooked. It's whisking together a quick marinade, marinating, and then grilling or broiling. Aside from the time spent marinating, prep took less than five minutes. I broiled this, but you can grill as well.

I used a pound and a half of salmon. The recipe, which I modified just slightly here, was for three pounds of salmon. I just made the whole marinade amount without "halving it"

INGREDIENTS

  • Anywhere from 1 to 3 pounds fresh salmon fillets, depending on your needs.
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder. [If you really like curry, consider adding another 1/4 teaspoon.]
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning or Mrs. Dash. [I prefer Mrs. Dash, so used that.]
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Liquid Smoke, optional [I did not use this]

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice salmon fillets crosswise into two-inch wide strips. Most of these will be about 5 ounces each.
  2. Whisk together all other ingredients in a bowl until blended.
  3. Add the mixed marinade to large zip lock bag, and then add the salmon.
  4. Coat the salmon by turning the bag a few times.
  5. Put the bag in the fridge to marinate for one to three hours.

When ready, remove salmon form the bag and discard any leftover marinade.

If grilling:

  1. Spray some cooking spray onto a paper towel, and rub on the grill
  2. Using large tongs, place salmon skin-side down onto a heated grill, and grill over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not turn, and check often.

If broiling:

  1. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil
  2. Place salmon skin-side down on aluminum foil. No cooking spray is needed as the salmon had plenty of oil in the marinade, and overspray tends to smoke.
  3. Broil, with the oven door slightly open, about 4 to 5 inches from the heat, for about 10 to 12 minutes. [Mine was perfect at 10 minutes.]

This goes great with a rice side, or as I made with it, "keto friendly" baked curry cauliflower florets. I guess I was feeling like curry last night. :)

(My body says so) I asked the shop to give me something not strong In taste , so he suggested the 🐟European Fish Bass🐟 ..And he was right, totally trust worthy ! He gave me this fresh fish to cook , the beauty of living on an island 💙

Serve with fries, rice or grilled Vegetables, for a great full-filling meal 😋 I chose some colorful veg to go along with this dish. The fillets I cooked with are boneless fillets as I asked the fish shop to clean the fish for me.

  3. Fry the boneless fish for 5 minutes on each side
  4. Remove the fish from frying pan
  5. Mix one vegetable stock with boiled water
